Why We Started
Domestic Roof Surveys was founded with a straightforward idea: homeowners shouldn't have to spend large amounts of money just to find out whether their roof needs attention. A leaking roof, a slipped tile, or deteriorating flashings can cause serious damage if left unchecked — but the traditional route to getting a proper inspection has always been expensive, slow, and disruptive.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently. By combining professional drone technology with the expertise of CAA-licensed pilots, we're able to capture detailed, high-resolution imagery of every roof elevation — quickly, safely, and at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods.

CAA Licensed Pilots
All of our drone operators hold a valid CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID, issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. Every flight is conducted in full compliance with UK drone regulations.
Fully Insured
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance on every survey, giving you complete peace of mind that you and your property are protected throughout the process.
